Light and lean but refreshing. Lemon custard, touch of green apple, saline, light soft minerals and good acidity.

Suprising white wine with the perfect balance of fruits and minerals. Perfect for a warm spring day.

Surprise: Californian but (surprise) Italian style Vermentino. Crisp and saline, which maybe isn't surprising.
