Black licorice! Dark fruit. Chocolate. Wild yeast. 3.5hr decant. Big, as expected for 15% alc. No regrets. Needs patience.

L'Argile 2007 Saint Jean du Barroux. Top! Very fruity nose. Still mouth filling silky tannins. Great Stuff for another decade!
