The nose is pure...a lot of pomegranate, leather, black pepper, dried red fruit, touch of dry earth. Still a good tannic structure with very nice acidity. Flavor profile is pretty close to the nose with a bit more black pepper and more fresh cranberry. This is very drinkable. Great with an aromatic sausage and mushrooms.
