Citrus , volcanic . Good length . Santorini wines are expensive . Grapes per kilo crazy expensive. This one is good value for Santorini , but there are certainly more interesting options for the price

Had at @LureFishbar the night after Xmas. Lemony w touch of honey & minerality.

Notes salines, minérales, florales et d'agrumes! L'accord vin et met doit absolument tenir compte de ces aspects. Sinon la dégustation est désagréable comme celle de ce midi:)

Entry level Assyrtiko. An enjoyable bottle. Generally speaking, really need to be drinking more of this grape

a touch citrus and a touch tropical but tons Mediterranean scrub brush and herbs as well as volcanic minerality

very crisp

I have been quite fond of this wine recently. It has a Chablis like quality I find appealing. Clean with notes of lemon, crisp acidity and nice smooth mouthfeel.

Dry but delicious
