So much lemony goodness. Surprising to me for a Pinot Noir based Champagne. But pretty precision and a bit of tang on the finish that makes you want to drink more.

Very interesting. Dry as hell n acidic as... well, very acidic. But lots o oak up front, then mineral n then cherries n winegum n far east citrus. Very interesting n pretty tasty but requires food. Might shelf for a few more years.
