3g/L RS, 80/20 PN/Chard, 2015, 2016. Richly textured, broad on the nose and palate. Lees, brioche, tangerine, peach, ripe apricot, honey, ginger. Elevate acidity, toasty long finish.

Really impressed.

A very tight champagne with high acidity. I do like acidity in my wines but this was close to being a bit too much. Perhaps a bit higher dosage would have done the trick ( I believe this is around 7g per litre).

Disgorgement August 2014. One dimensional and underwhelming
