Sweet on the palate with lemons, citrus, golden apples, apricots, melons, honey, light tropical fruits, minerals, spices and black pepper.
Medium on the finish with tangy lemons.
This Spanish Rosé is easy drinking and simple. Not fully balanced as it has too much residual sugar for the acidity, but it's not offensive either.
A good wine to sip on by the pool on a hot day. Needs to be properly chilled. Will pair nicely with spicy Indian food, or to compliment a dessert. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
