VIII. The White Album. Bottle Number 02777. Excellent delicate taste as an enhancer to a Tuscan Chicken which accented the lemon and rosemary of the chicken. Tart but not too, just right.

After drinking a fair amount of French Chardonnay lately, this definitely has some butter and oak on the nose. In true Scribe form, when you taste it, it has a nice balance between toasted oak and vanilla and citrus and mineral. There’s a interesting Arch mid palate.
