Chalambar Grampians Shiraz
Savoury fine tannins, mixed black/red fruits over time ended up being very peppery having lost some of its earlier elegance

Mar 20th, 2015Savoury, long length, blackberry with raspberry coming through, great Cool climate shiraz and amazing quality for the price. Much better than 2010 I had.

Jan 17th, 20152013 vintage and ready to rock! Wet stone, spice, full mouth feel. Southern Rhoneesque. Chalambar rarely fails to impress. Beautiful expression of central Victorian red. Happiness in a glass.

Sep 23rd, 2021Savoury, herby, blackberry goodness. Understated and elegant. It’s not earth-shattering, but it’s just really nice drinking.

Jul 26th, 2018A great 'go to' wine. Showing deep fruit with spice and enough structure to ponder its future. 95+\100 from The Winefront 👍🏻

Jun 14th, 2015Shows much promise. Lovely dark plum colour. Nose is closed with lifted oak notes. Plenty of spicy fruit on the palate but acid and tannins suggest it needs age. One to enjoy in several years or a decade. Maybe more.
