This is a chard that starts off big but ends very elegant. There is a some caramel green apple, lemon meringue, and smoked hazelnut on the nose with a silky structure on the palate. Honeycomb and baked brioche. Well crafted by TRB.

Nice and layered. Super expressive and very floral. A little more creamy then what I usually like but a great rich color on this 2012 and beautiful in style. Really nice thanks for sharing and I’m glad to see it staying small and family owned.

Nov 18th, 2017Caramel and vanilla on the nose. The creamy texture offers butter, butterscotch, grilled peaches, banana with a nice minerality to the long finish. Very balanced but also very clearly new world (in a great way).
