2007 Shinn Vin. "Wild Boar Doe" nose very reminiscent of Bordeaux or some very old California Merlot. Leathery, tar and cherry aroma. Very dry and light on the palate. It's a bit too cold now and will be interesting to see how it opens up. Less fruit and more earth on the palate.
