Green pepper, anise and black pepper. Hasn't changed much in six months. Still not a fan of the brambly aromas. Lighter body and fresh tannins.

Creosote... (The railroad ties and telephone poles, highly aromatic, dusty). Decomposing leaves, Forrest floor, Slight sweet. Killer grapes. But these were put in neutral barrels. Beautiful fruity and floral smells.
