100% Cab from Mount George Vineyard, deep Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, floral notes, herbs, spice and earthy cedar tones. On the palate flavors of blackberry, plum and blueberry fruit with notes of cacao, leather and oak notes. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with dried fruits, cacao and earthy oak. Will age well.

Absolutely perfect pairing with a nice filet of beef and crab cake. The nose gets your attention first of course and while it needs a bit of time out of the bottle, it’s totally worth it. Properly decanted and served at around 64-65 degrees, this is definitely worth seeking out again.
