Black fruits, cherries, cinnamon, tension and spiciness from the stems. Its really good now but can hold another 3 to 5 years.

Absolutely drink this on a flower Day or fruit day. I have discovered this wine pretty unforgiving on root and leaf days. When it’s on, it’s on so damn good.

Red fruit & earthy notes show in the powerful aromatics. The palate is much more high toned. Bright, tart cherries coat the palate. More texture & complexity than expected at the Bourgogne level, but hey, it's Bize, so not really a surprise. Lovely stuff.

Nice evolution. The first 30 minutes was peaking heavy for me on the senses. Didn't drop off but evolved into something very northern rhone-ish, fresh and stoney and deep juice. Went through many phases over 6 hours that were so pleasant and surprising. Les perrieres is right 👍🏼

2012 vintage. Not great. Oak is prominent and there is a bitter finish. Blanc much better.

Relatively structured and fruit driven. Baking spice.
