A surprising Chablis. More complex and far better than anticipated. Fruity (citrus mainly) and floral; great crisp finish. Excellent with scallops. Maureen says "a good sipping wine for aperitif or very light entree; dry and not too sweet. Should have used less for cooking!"

Crisp, good minerality; apricot, golden apple. Great match with chicken fricassee and Dijon chicken breast.
