We really love Sinegal. Well crafted juice. Always complex. The 2015 vintage pips this. Notes across vintages are consistent.

I’ve waited a good long while to finally have this wine and I’m very happy with it. It definitely came “full on” after a quick decant. Ripe and well-extracted fruit, beautifully structured, gorgeous nose, deep garnet color and a very pleasing finish. Highly recommended. A bargain at any price.

Day 3 in Napa in the books! Running a day behind on notes...Napa time runs slow AND fast!

Has everything you want in a Napa Cab. Loads of blueberry and blackberry with licorice and chocolate aromatics. Big and structured while being super plush on the palate. Sweet oak and tobacco with savory notes. Nice.

Those of you who follow me know that I have a soft spot for this producer.
It’s a dense, compact, structured cab. Classic notes of coffee, blueberries and maple syrup combine with pristine tannins. The finish is laser-focused. Loving this with wifey 👊🏾

On the nose, ruby, ripe fruits of; blackberries, dark cherries, black raspberries, blue fruits & plum. Dark berry cola, fruit tea, light smoke, sweet light tarry, dark rich soils, black licorice with purple and dark red fresh flowers with violets.

The body is full. The tannins very smooth but tarry & sticky. The wine is beautiful, delicate and feminine over the palate. Gorgeous ripe currant & cassis. Blackberries, dark cherries, black raspberries, blue fruits & plum. Dark berry cola, fruit tea, light smoke, sweet light tarry, dark rich soils, dark & milk chocolate, dry clay, suede leather, touch of fresh tobacco, black licorice, dark spice with heat and purple, blue and dark red fresh, perfume flowers with violets. The acidity is and beautiful. The long finish is soft, gorgeous sexy, elegant and lasts minutes.

Photos of, one of the old restored Victorian houses on the property, Sinegal signage so you know your there, barrel caves that remind me of the ones at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, club members area with pizza oven and bocci ball court.

Liked more than the reserve, but can’t put my finger on why.

Freezing outside in Dallas, but this is perfection on this bitter cold night. This wine gives all the good stuff — chewy tannins balanced out with nice acidity. Chocolate covered dark fruit that lingers with a lengthy finish. All smiles with this one. I can easily see this going several more years.

Deep dark garnet colored. Tobacco, leather, plum, and black fruit on the nose. Nice mouthfeel. Black and blue fruit, full bodied. Ripe and dense fruit with well integrated tannins. Medium finish. Needs to decant at least and hour still. Smooth and very easy to drink.
