Sleight Of Hand Cellars
The Spellbinder Red Blend
As I grow long I the tooth, the wine has been opened for 5 hours, and the results are fantastic.
Smells of cured meats,
Medium bodied blend that offers ripe flavors of strawberry, blueberry, mint, saline.
These wines are always fantastically good for the price, and more reminiscent of southern Rhone 30 years ago.
Cheers friends - we are almost back to drinking wine with friends again.

Nov 27th, 2020These are crafted with such elegance.
Straw berries and slight Smokey tones, a nice nose.
After. 4 hour decant, this is a medium bodied Claret, with a elegant fruit, berry and pit. Solid backbone, small tannins, yet enough to complete this. The acidity straightforward, and long.

Bordeaux blend from Washington State that’s decently priced. Soft, ripe crushed berries, peat, and wisps of sandalwood. Mouthfilling, with dark fruit secondary to savory flavors. A tad bitterish and tannic on the back half of the palate. Personally I think a tad less extraction would have made it a tad more enjoyable, though it’s pretty good as is.
