Color of shades of purple with a hint of bloody red. Nose is pretty decent with cocoa, cherry, a bit dried strawberries. Oak, tobacco leaves, and mineral come in the 2nd waves. Taste is oaky, subtle sweetness from cherry jam, some leather, some balsamic vinegar, and mineral note. Aftertaste follows similar note with a bit tinkling sensation and peppery. Low tannins. A light petit Syrah with good and atypical structure.

#garyveewineclub nice Shiraz. Fruit-forward with dense blackberry and blueberry, but nice savory notes of black pepper and herbs play a supporting role with cocoa and vanilla.

Menthol tickles the nose. Beautiful, mouth- coating blackberry/ raspberry with some solid tannins. Doesn't finish as well as I'd like, but a very nice Shiraz and great for the price. This is not a fruit bomb, but is a fruity wine.
