Excellent Cabernet Sauvignon, nicely balanced and not overpowering, although somewhat boring. Standard Cabernet flavor with an acidic finish.

Dense ruby. Need decanting for a couple of hours to show potential. Beautiful nose of dark-red fruits, a bit of mint, and a hint of pencil-shavings. Strangely, didn’t detect a lot of oak, despite being 70% new. Full bodied, medium-plus acidity, and gripping tannins. Powerful and elegant at the same time. Will probably get better with another 3-5 years of bottle age. Good value compared to Bordeaux. Will stock up some more. 92
