Let this one sit for a day and it was delicious, lots of dark mocha , dusty tannins and black fruit

When first opened the wine was brown along the edges and tasted cooked. However, an hour’s wait left a smooth wine that was a little over the hill, with slight balsamic flavor but still earthy and enjoyable. The tannins had completely smoothed out, and the wine had great body.

Massive wine. Still needs more time. Over 15% alcohol and quite a bruiser. Rustic with tannins evident but cuts through the most massive of seasoned steaks!
