Beautiful, aromatic white Rhone style blend from Paso Robles. A lot of minerality, a little fresh cut grass, white pepper, Unripened pear. Good body with a little viscosity. Dry finish with that white pepper hangin on for one last ride. Definitely a keeper. Definitely worth $17. Pairing with hot dogs wasn't a failure but not an ideal pairing. Should NOT be drunk ice cold as you will get no flavors Outta this. Body really comes through at room temp.

Tasted 1/18/2105 - 2013 vintage. Pale straw a little honeysuckle on the nose. Some typical southern Rhone flavones. Nice body good acid strange vanilla flavor in the back, good though
