Patelin de Tablas Blanc White Blend

Holding up great. Bruised pear, mineral, flowers

Grenache Blanc aromatics, bright, white flowers, slight pear, young peach notes. Palette shines. Very nice zippy texture counterparted by full bodied fruit. Not heavy. Soft finish. California does Rhone right.

My kind of blend - wonderful mouthfeel w/ measured minerality. Paired perfectly with the deliciousness that Uchi serves up.

2014 - heading to Paso Robles today - polished this one off to get ready. Nice, heady - a bit thick but persistent flavors.
