First the good: beautiful yellow hue in the glass; intense buttered toast and dried citrus rind on the nose. Tastes like fresh cream with acid and mineral on point. The problem with this bottle: very awkward bubbles. Annoyingly active on some parts of the tongue, lusciously creamy on other parts.
