Top Notes For
Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits with blossom notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and lemon, crisp, fresh with a nutty spice. Medium body this wine finished with a touch of savory mineral.

Apr 12th, 2020For $15 at Tim's I wanted so badly to like this. This is one of the very rare times I write a review WHILE I'm actually drinking the wine....15 day Ferm. 3 months in stainless.....Aromatically its a winner with bright, clean, minerality. I checked back multiple times on the palate thinking my dinner or pre dinner cktl got in the way but nothing changed. It seriously drinks like someone watered the wine down by 40%. I'm struggling to think of another wine experience that made me think of a wine being watered down....its drinkable and for $15, ok. I'm not a fan. 12%
