Been Washington wine for years but never heard of this producer until a recent trip to Woodinville. Collectible end label for Martheews. Big, bold Bordeaux blend with a great combo of fruit, tannin, and acid. Drinking well now but can still hang out.

Second red of the evening. Deep and dark ruby red, no thinning. Love the thickness of the nose, coated in dark cocoa, plums and purple floral notes. Heavy tannins (8/10) and full bodied. Smooth and dark texture with a mixture of cigar box, tobacco, dark cocoa and dark raspberries. Long and lingering finish, slightly bitter but wore off with time. So upset that this was our only bottle, delicious and killer value. Drink till 2036.

Big, bold and heavy Columbia valley Cabernet Sauvignon dominate blend. Nuances of old world wines. Strong notes of tobacco and rich spices, chewy earthiness with muddled, stewed fruits.

A well-made Bordeaux blend that requires a good decant and some air before she rewards you in the nose. Dark fruit with a subtle hint of integrated oak. The tannins are still there so this one can last several more years easy.

Dark and silky. Restrained blackberry with a touch of vanilla. Towards the tannic and dry side. #garagiste

A friend told me once that all the wines I like taste the same (thanks @Mike Kownacki ). This may prove him right. It's a Bordeaux blend, with an almost cotton candy-ish depth, and very small body for this style. It is a very good wine, and proves the statement that im stuck on a style -- the bigger the better

Just delivered. Breaking every rule. But wow. Big lush. Black fruit. I like it. Very young. Cellar this another few years.

Smooth blend with soft tannins. It's ultra drinkable to say the least. Will be incredible for many years to come!
