Sep 3rd, 2021Enjoyed this wine. Had with risotto a la zucca. Reminiscent of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Medium body, high minerality. Apple, Bergamont, White pepper, a hint of lime. A lot of the complexity was lost with the food. Better on its own in my opinion.
