The 2021 Rosato Etna impresses with a mix of savory and sweet as lime zest and wet stone aromas give way to crushed green apples. It's round and pliant with zesty acidity to balance and crisp mineral-tinged orchard fruits. This finishes remarkably fresh and buzzing with residual tension. Green citrus notes slowly fade.
