A charry Oak note on the nose amongst the florals and red fruits. Put this one in the cellar. The cheese platter turned this into a more approachable style. More oak than the previous Nerello Mascalese.

A blend of 95% Nerello Mascalese and 5% Nerello Cappuccio, Ruby with aromas of ripe red fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, this medium body wine shows flavors of strawberry and raspberry with cinnamon spice. Tannins are elegant in this well balanced wine ending with some mineral notes. Nice! Good value!
