Concentrated, structured, mellow. Desperately needs proper decanting (~2.5hrs).
Macerated 20 days at 29oC, aged in French (new+used) and Slavonian casks 11 months.

Dark cherry red to brownish, cherry-brick rim.
Intense, continuously evolving aroma: wild cherry, wooden bark, licorice -> mint chocolate, garrigue, strawberry jam -> sweet balsamic notes -> leather & creamy pepper sauce.
Medium+ bodied, moderate acidity, dense tanniс structure. Spicy blackthorn, walnut, wild cherry, toasted oak, smoked tobacco.
Blackthorn driven finish, medium+ length. Plum jam, black raspberry at very end.
Pair: grilled pork escalope.
