I fell in love with this when tasting. Not just the amazing pepper notes followed by caramel and fig, but Tertulia is a class act winery practicing old world wine making traditions. This wine will continue to be one of my favorites.

Meaty and savory on the nose, with sweet tobacco, teriyaki, and salted, roasted pistachios. Blackberries and blueberries greet the tongue, with hints of fresh dates and caramel on the mid-palate, and then ending with slice and not much else. A lot of fun to try a new wine.
