Estate Grown Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Love a good PN and this fits the bill. Tomato leaves, grapefruit and earth. Bummer it’s only Tuesday.

Enjoyable but way too young. It evolved a lot over a few hours starting off with dried red fruit and leather then into plush ripe fruit, earth, and mushrooms. Tannic with m+ acid and a long finish. Rating more on potential here than where it was when we drank it. Looking forward to trying this again further down the road. Lots of character.

Solid Pinot Noir. This wine needs to be open 90 minutes before consuming. There are some off flavors when first opened, but they disappear with oxygen and the wine settles down into a classic feminine Pinot Noir. An excellent choice from Oregon, and ready to drink now with sufficient aeration.

Medelfyllig med silkig len textur och friskt avslut. Smaskig munkänsla med mogen bärighet tillsammans med avvägda fatdrag som nougat, kaffe och vanilj.

Second time having this. Excellent Pinot.

This is one of my absolute favorites

Very good+. No compromise, built on a slim frame but not lacking in intensity.
