I’m not a big Pinot Noir fan but I’m trying. This is very earthy on the nose but really opens up after a 30 minute decant. Really smooth, really light with notes of dark cherry and cola on the palate. Celebrating that we found our daughter’s fur baby last night after being on the run for 6 days!!

Not a big Pinot Noir (PN) fan. Took this to a dinner with 8 mostly PN fans and this wasn’t received very well. Bought this at a Morton’s locker event because I thought it would be a good PN to take to a group dinner.

This shows the value of waiting a year to open the second bottle. Beautiful fruit filled nose. Opened up to a delightful finish. Matched perfectly with seared ahi and grilled vegetables. Hope I have more!
