Took a couple hours to open up then showed terrific gun flint minerality, bracing acidity and tangy lemon-lime fruit. Would lay off for a couple years before trying again when I suspect the components will be better integrated.

Jan 14th, 2019Hints of citrus and sulphur in the nose (a poor man's Batard?) ...round in the mouth. Long flinty finish, especially when a bit less cold.
