Nose of citrus, limes, green apples, light bread and sea salt.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, green apples, light yeast, light grapefruits, spices and minerals.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

This is a nice and easy drinking Single Vineyard Sparking wine from England. Tangy and engaging, with mild complexity and good balance.

Needs time to open up properly (30 minutes). Good by itself or with food.

A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. Aged for 30 months on the lees. Made in the Traditional Method.

12% alcohol by volume.
