Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate today's release of Tor's 2015 wines (and mask pain from the HELOC I'm going to need to take out to pay for all of them). The nose is full of blackberries, leather and a hint of eucalyptus. On the palate the wine is silly smooth, fruit-forward, abundance of dark fruits and a touch of spice and dark chocolate. I believe this is a Cuvée of To Kalon, Cimarossa and Mast single Vineyard barrels. It's drinking so well right now. Decanted for an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Tor wines - I have never been disappointed by a bottle.
