The attack is quite sweet, which overwhelms the entire palette, and the sweetness lasts long into the finish. I suspect this sweetness and fruitiness will diminish after aging.

2/2021. Dark purple and big flavor that is nice on the palate. Paired well with the rich halibut special at Hall’s Chophouse and with grilled short ribs at home.
