
Fruity upon first opening. I would agree that this bottle needs 1 hour + to really let loose. It does develop into a nice toasty, spice box with a medium tannic finish. Will drink again.

cherry, brown sugar/nutmeg? well balanced tannins & acidity, bubble gum finish. Simpler but drinkable.
