Trimbach
Alsace Pinot Blanc
One of the great value whites of the world! Classy, focused good minerality, white flowers, nicely acidic. It was a dream with locally caught haddock on Cape Cod. Deliciousness all round.

Light bodied but very well rounded. Quite good. Revisited in December 2020. Great pairing with Indian cuisine.

Oct 30th, 2020Very pale yellow, sun dried straw, honeysuckle, pear, apple, lavender, stone fruit. Consistently good juice from a great producer.

May 9th, 2020Lovely aperitif, very fruity but not as pronounced as Riesling, piercing acidity but not to take away from the body/richness, just very clean with a nice minerality while mostly appealing as a fun wine
