Jul 12th, 2017I really enjoyed this wine. I loved the acid, and thought it was well balanced. Yum

Aug 9th, 2015This was my first experience with Trisaetum. I have heard wonderful things about them, but have never had the opportunity to try their wines, or visit them. Located in the Ribbon Ridge AVA, it's right around the corner from my usual stomping grounds, and a necessary step in exploring the Valley's many Rieslings. It was a dry Riesling, but had the most lush and beautiful aromas of jasmine, ginger, stone fruits and that hint of a fresh can of play-dough that I tend to enjoy so much in Rieslings (hopefully someone out there can give me a better descriptor than that). On the palate the wine was clean, and fresh, with peach and slight honey notes. It paired amazing with the Scrappledelphia Flatbread we had (gamey, earthy, and it had roasted apples on it).
