The White Coat California Grenache Blanc Blend

Cellar-time done did good. Peaches and honey. Pair with pork belly and stone fruit.

A bit too acidic for me. White peaches, grapefruit, and lemon peel. More partial to Turley Zins.

Nose of exotic fruits, mandarin orange, and ripe green bean. Palette is full, with med- acid and a med finish. Mostly indecipherable, but then I’m a Roussanne n00b. A nice wine that hopefully gains complexity and interest.
