It’s been years since I’ve had this but tonight I was reminded of why I’ve always been fond of it. So approachable and delicious. Lovely notes of spiced cherries, leather, and tobacco. Easy drinking but also something to ponder.

Balanced red fruit but still pretty rich without being heavy or sweet, the darker interplay of root beer is a nice touch, went well with tandoori chicken
