Based on 2014, it spent 60 months on lees. The most friendly and quaffable wine of the evening, in a very good sense. Multilayered bouquet: you have salty cheese, cream soda, toast, apple seeds and pear. Everything is well combined and creates wonderful volume. Complex, perfectly balanced, evolving, elegant and delicious. Again, it is subjectively, but I loved this wine.

Vune: krida, visne v rumu, plastve, cocka ve vuni, v chuti kremove, plnejsi, opulentnejsi, lehce citit sud, presto pusobi mineralne a velmi sveze, brioche, lehounce med, citrusy, dlouha dochut. Hodne do Burgundska. Neni tak tezke jako Anselmova vina. Za me fantasticke. Zajimavost: tirage nizsi - 4,5 baru misto standard 6 baru. Vice jako tiche, protoze mene cukru a kvasinek. Cca jen 19g cukru misto 20-24g.
