Delicious and vibrant, yet mature with loads of rustic qualities. On the nose a subdued gamey-ness with turned black soil, moss, rain-soaked mushrooms, dried garden herbs, asphalt, smoke, and licorice. On the palate very delicate but built power; structured for cellaring but drinking with marvelous finesse as a pop & pour. Great balance.

So delicious and full. One problem too young. But still great.
