Nose has powerful honey and marmalade, also raisin, English muffin. Soft, rich, and round, as quality aged champagnes are. Light attack, but mouth fills with bubbles. Baked apple, honey, yeast, yet it doesn't taste sweet, interestingly. Obvious richness and complexity. Yeast flavor gets stronger as it sits. Called a "great deal" at $80.
