Yellow Label Brut Champagne Blend

Received as a gift. Green apple, quince, slight toast and bright acid. Gotta say, it’s nice, but not really exciting. I think the mass production has taken away from the quality. Lots of great Cava could win me over instead.

Straw color, very tiny bubbles, citrus and yeast taste. Not sweet, dry finish.

Product of France. This is one of our favorites.

Bread, apple, citrus.

I know most of its money is spent on marketing and it's far overpriced and there are many cremants or even champagnes available for far less, but it's consistent, nutty, and very elegant and balanced. I would love to hate it but it ain't bad.

Medium bodied, citrus, peach and pear, white flowers, quite delicate, light biscuit

Citrus, apple and toast notes. Pleasant, enjoyable gift.

👏 props to a house that cranks out 20M bottles of very nice bubbles every year. Not the best by far, but way better than a lot of other massive production Champers out there. 🍾🤤
