Good white but is it textbook? Too new to know for this grape in Piedmont. Loads of SO2 as @Cathy Corison noted, let this blow off in a decanter in the fridge for an hour or shake it before you pour it!

honeydew & cantaloupe, pear & peach, quince & chamomile on the nose ~ palate leans more to citrus, creamy bruised stone fruits, saline & actual stoniness ~— but in short it can present a crazy grapefruit pith salt lick slam ~~~ just sayin’

100% Timorasso, a little-known indigenous variety from the Colli Tortonesi region of southeast Piedmont. Green pear and hints of tropical fruit. Full-bodied, structured, good acidity. Tart green apple flavors. Very enjoyable

Dry, medium full bodied, very fruity nose - pears, peaches, quince, lonnnnng piercing acidity. Honestly...the best Italian white wine I have ever had

A new wine from Vietti...local Piemontese variety Timorasso. Fresh and a bit green. Perhaps give this a little time.
