Ruby color not very dark can see fingers thru easily.. Nose is red liquorish, candied cherry, a very tart cherry on the palate. Not complex at all maybe not even as good as other Morgan's but it is really delicious!

Aug 21st, 2016Smells like chocolate dusted sushi in a plum sauce, fresh baked rubber and buckwheat flour loaf. Dry plums with ripe tomato, dusty raspberry and a reasonably thick cloak of charcoal smoke, and silica. Grainy tannins hang about for an eternity. Solid Morgon!! Dec 16th, 2016Bright red fruit. High acid tartness. Screams for food, almost too tart on its own. Floral, medium to light bodied, simplistic but honest. Serve with pâté, salmon or ripe cheese.
