Maybe it's because I'm really more of a white wine fan, but I wasn't a huge fan of this red. I drank it while eating steak so I can't really imagine a better situation to be drinking it. It was a pretty spicy red (which I had mixed feelings about) and was explicitly recommended by Peter, who owns the liquor store next door. It is also on the more expensive side ($15ish). I think in the end it was really just the fact that it was a bit dry for my taste. Spicy, but dry. I'll give it the high end of neutral face.
