This special skin macerated white known as orange wine is a blend of 40% Ribolla Gialla (Rebula), 30% Malvasia, 30% Sauvignonasse sourced only from the winery’s organic growers, Rebula sees 10 months of skin contact in large oak (14 months of oak aging), Malvasia and Sauvignonasse see one month skin contact and 8 months on lees in stainless steel. Aromas of citrus and stone fruits. Palate shows apple, pear and lemon citrus with slight nutty notes. Medium finish ending with fruit and nutty spice.

Skin contact white made from Ribolla Gialla (Rebula-40%), Malvasia (30%) and Sauvignonasse (30%). Dark golden color. (Not quite an orange wine). Aromas of apricot, quince and mango fruit. Pallet features more peach, green apple and pear. Hints of dried herbs and limestone and nuts. Chalky texture. A touch of tannin and a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied.
