Versatile yet flavorful. We selected it against six whites to go along with pork rotisserie for our wedding. Not too dry and not too sweet. Not as lackluster as some of the lighter Rieslings we've tried. Very happy we had a case left over. Just had it with Hunanese red braised pork last night.
